Low cost carriers
Airlines such as Air Asia, IndiGo and Scoot are considered Low cost carriers and checked baggage is generally not included in the flight booking.
If needed, we recommend that you add bags online prior to your travel, as some airlines charge additional fees for adding bags at the airport. You will need airline booking reference number and email address that was used to make the booking. Find the airline you are flying with below and use the quick link to add baggage to your booking.
Full services carriers such as Cathay Pacific Airways, EVA Air, Singapore Airlines and Malaysia Airlines are also known as scheduled carriers. Passengers travelling Economy Class are usually permitted a maximum allowance of 23 kg and passengers travelling Business Class a maximum of 32kg without extra charge.
